Farewell to tteck

Unfortunately, a pillar of the Proxmox community has stepped away from his project for health reasons. For anyone who doesn't know tteck or his script repo, his work was the stuff of legend for people running Proxmox. Basically, tteck maintained a set of dozens of scripts to automatically deploy all sorts of VMs, LXCs, as well as basic maintenance functions on Proxmox. They are a lifesaver, not to mention a timesaver, for a great many of us. You can find his site here.
As far as I know, tteck was the only contributor and at this time I have not seen any announcement for someone to take over. He was a trusted member of the community and filling his shoes will be no small feat.
You can read his post here and donate to support him here.
To tteck: thank you so much for helping me wade my way into the Proxmox waters in a safe and approachable way which has changed my homelab and skill set forever. I am always in your debt, and am grateful for the countless hours you have put in for the betterment of us all.
11/4/24 Update
It looks as if tteck has allowed a fork of his repo. This would mean all his original scripts would remain intact and going forward all the new additions or modifications would be vetted by the community. The new site for the community scripts is here.
It also appears the old website is now redirecting to the new community scripts front end.
11/14/24 Update
As announced by his wife, tteck has passed away. We are so sorry for the loss of him from this world and our prayers are with his family during this sad time.
